Our Process

Once you have contacted the office we will make an appointment for you to sit down with our builder Rick where you can discuss your design, inclusions and expectations.

We can refer you to Macarthur Architectural Drafting so that you can design your dream home. Otherwise we are also happy to quote on other architectural plans. There are also Hilton Home plans that we can adapt to suit your block.

Our quote will clearly state site costs, basic inclusions and any upgrades that you request in your consultation.

Once plans have council approval we will have the final contracts ready for you to sign. We use the industry standard HIA contract so you are fully protected.

Once you have agreed to build with us we will supply you with a selection pack. This will contain all the suppliers that we use and all selections that you will make. We can help and guide you through this process.

Finally your dream starts to become a reality. Our building team are always available for any enquiries that you may have during your build. Our goal is to make sure that the process is as stress free as possible and our clients are happy with their completed home.
