We have built 8 houses with Hilton Homes & from first to current build they are always honest & accommodating to our needs. Built to our drawings & spec’s has never been a problem & always done at very reasonable costs with a quality finish. I was horrified to see that a potential customer left a bad review on the basis of a quote & not even using these guys for the build as I have known Hilton Homes for over 8 years & their service has never changed.
Unlike other builders Hilton Homes can make changes at any stage of the build as long as they are possible without any fuss or overcharging as so many other builders simply don’t want to waste their time.
FYI Hilton Homes customer service has been the same from our first build to our current one which is A+.

We were recommended to Hilton from a family friend and from the moment we met Rick-we knew the company was genuine, “old school” and trustworthy to deal with.

Through the entire preparation / build process we could not be happier or more thankful for the dream house they helped us create. They were so patient and gave guidance to help get us started on things out of their control.

NOTHING – as in nothing, zero, not one single thing was a problem from changing things last minute to asking their suggestions and opinion on certain items. They communicate where needed and all messages were clear and precise so we knew exactly what was happening at every stage.

We felt every trade took so much time and care in the finer details and everyone went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. All tradesman are second to none!! The best of the best! Our building superviser Tom – was brilliant!!! So personable and managed all aspects of the build extremely well. Thanks isn’t enough – to say we are happy is an understatement and we will forever recommend our builder – Hilton to anyone that asks!

We cannot recommend Hilton Homes highly enough. Right from the very beginning Jeff, Rick and louise were so easy to deal with, they sat with us and understood what our vision was and provided us with wonderful ideas to help enhance our vision. From planning, contract, construction and completion, nothing was an issue and they made what can generally be a stressful experience, a very comfortable and enjoyable one.

We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hilton Homes to anyone considering building and would definately use them again if we were ever to build another home.
